In everyday life, your shoulder gets a real workout; it moves just as much you do. You use it for lifting, reaching, carrying bags, or even throwing a ball. You can grab something that's up high or pick something up from the ground. You can do all of those things because a healthy shoulder has great range of motion, and that's a good thing.

Proper Kinesio taping creates constant alignment of your patella (knee cap) and gait stability. Kinesio tape can reduce pain, inflammation, relax muscles, increase circulation, and support muscles during everyday activities.

Acupressure points and massage treatment applies the same principles as acupuncture to promote relaxation and wellness. Some proponents of acupressure treats the energy fields and body, but also the mind, emotions and spirit. Reducing muscle tension, improve circulation, and stimulate endorphins which are the body's natural pain relievers.

We are pleased to inform you that our office has 4 individual & private treatment rooms. Being treated in your own personal room ensures that you do not have any unnecessary contact with other patients and will only have contact with the physical therapist. The rooms are disinfected after each use, and we check the temperature of patients upon entry with a no-touch thermometer. We think these accommodations best help our community and our facility to stay healthy.
